Privacy policy

This privacy policy, together with the terms of use and the cookie notice, governs the website operated by Dritan Mata, established in Greece, contactable at contact@minimalifestyle.com (the “Controller”). Postal address: to be published before launch. The public name Tani designates the same natural person.

1. Controller and scope. The Controller determines the purposes and means of processing. This policy applies to visitors and to persons who submit an email address. It is issued for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Greek Law 4624/2019, and Law 3471/2006 on electronic communications.

2. Data. Test answers and the feeling insight are processed solely in your browser, not transmitted to the Controller. The local attention ledger and your Stay practice word remain in your browser. Email signups store your email address, the form used, submission time, and the exact consent wording and version in Lovable Cloud. No account is created, and your quiz answers are not attached to an email signup.

3. Purposes and bases. Optional email signups require a separate, initially unchecked checkbox agreeing to receive emails from Minimal Lifestyle via SendFox. The legal basis is consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Signing up is not required to see a result or use The Stay. After you submit with consent, your email and consent are stored in Lovable Cloud and submitted to SendFox to request field notes and consented communications. Confirmation and delivery depend on the provider’s email settings. You may withdraw consent by writing to contact@minimalifestyle.com, without affecting prior lawful processing, or through the unsubscribe link in emails.

4. Analytics. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Accept all. It measures page visits and whether someone starts or completes the test, saves a practice word or ledger entry, or successfully signs up for field notes. We do not send answers, result triggers, written words, names, cities or email addresses to Google Analytics. Page query strings are excluded. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Google may process device and approximate-location information. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under its applicable data-processing and transfer terms. You can withdraw analytics consent through Cookie Settings; we disable measurement and remove accessible Google Analytics cookies. Previously collected data is not automatically erased by changing this choice. See Google’s privacy policy.

5. Retention. Email data are kept until the person requests erasure, or until the list is closed, and are then deleted. Consent records are kept for so long as a claim may be brought.

6. Recipients. Lovable Cloud hosts email signup records. SendFox receives your email address and consent when you submit the signup form. The signup loads SendFox’s form connection and Google reCAPTCHA for anti-bot protection only after you submit with email consent; those providers may receive device and network information. No quiz answers, practice words or ledger identity are included. See SendFox’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. The Controller must review the providers’ processing terms and applicable international-transfer safeguards. No sale of personal data takes place.

7. Rights. The data subject may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and a portable copy, and may object to a communication. The Controller shall respond within one month. A complaint may be lodged with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.

8. Children. The site is directed at adults. Email addresses of persons under 18 are not knowingly collected.

9. Terms of use. The test and the designations Mug, Full, Clear, and Whole are a teaching device. They are not a medical diagnosis, not treatment, and not a clinical scale. Nothing on the site creates a therapeutic relationship. The user may share links. The text and the mark may not be reproduced for a competing product. Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer right in the user’s Member State of residence.

10. Cookies and storage. Necessary storage remembers test answers for the browser session, your quiz result and suggested practice word, your display preference and cookie choice. When you explicitly save, local storage remembers your ledger entries, practice words, completed fifteen-minute sit and chosen Clear state. Clearing this site’s browser data removes them. The Pass the mirror button copies your assigned name and suggested word only when you choose to share them; neither value is sent to analytics or attached to an email signup. Google Analytics scripts and _ga cookies remain inactive unless you choose Accept all. These cookies can identify repeat visits and may persist for up to two years. Essential only leaves the site fully usable. You can revisit your choice using Cookie Settings in the footer. Email consent is separate from cookie consent.
