Success isn’t one or two things that you do, but rather something that happens if you have the right attitude and you follow a mindset that drives you through the daily routines toward your goal.

The single thing required for achieving what you want is much simpler than you thought.

Think of success being a castle. When you see a castle, you see this vast building, but every castle is fundamentally made of stones. And that’s what attitude and mindset are to success. If you put one stone here and one there, the castle will not be very stable and will not stand. But if you put every stone with the best way you can, aligned next to each other perfectly, the castle with being durable and reliable.

So if you have the mindset and the attitude to do whatever you do in the best way you can then success is waiting for you to emerge.

How do you keep a mindset and an attitude that helps you to achieve your goals?

This is simple but not easy. Simple because you don’t have to see the whole stairway to proceed, you just need to know the next step. But it’s not easy because life gets in the way, friends and family require attention, society requires your efforts to achieve a lifestyle

If you’re like me, you probably have a lot in mind.

Some of those thoughts are robbing, and some are evolving us. But when you have an idea or a task to complete, and your mind floats, it drags you to float through tasks, purposes, worries, thoughts and by the end of the day you have the same you had in the morning.

Same ideas, same uncompleted tasks, same thoughts but guess what you don’t have. You don’t have your day back!

The solution is simplicity.

To build a wall you must put one brick at a time! (Will Smith)

When starting a task, shot everything else down. No mobile phone, no Facebook checking, no email replying, nothing. And if during this task you remember you have to do something else, or maybe some idea pops up to mind, keep a small notepad on your desk and write it down.

When you’re done with your task, you can get back to these notes and put it to a notebook, and organize and prioritize for future assignments.

But what if the task is too big that you can’t finish it in one sit?

Well, again simplicity is your ally. Call these big tasks projects and split it into smaller tasks that you can finish in one sit. After completing any task I have, I give my self-credit and do something to enjoy. Usually, I will go out with some friends and relax or do something that has nothing to do with tasks. I also try to keep it simple. Four tasks per day are my limit. The time I use for each work is something between 45-90 minutes max!

Start small and do one thing at a time. Remove distractions and time wasters and start working. If you are like me with a thousand thoughts and millions of ideas, I’m sure you will love this process.
